Prohibition of Unauthorized Email Collection

This website prohibits unauthorized collection of email addresses published on the site through email collection programs or other technical means. Violators are subject to criminal prosecution under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 50-2 of the Information and Communications Network Act (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)

No one may collect email addresses on an Internet website where there is an explicit refusal to collect such addresses, using automated programs or other technical devices.
Email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1 may not be sold or distributed.
Knowing that an email address has been collected, sold, or distributed in violation of Paragraphs 1 and 2, no one may use it for sending information
